Match the GU5.3 two-pin socket, 12V AC supply and available lamp clearance. EmeryAllen specifies dimming with most magnetic and electronic LED-compatible transformers and most MLV and ELV dimmers. Check the transformer, dimmer and total lamp load together before installation. The specification identifies suitability for damp locations and enclosed fixtures; follow the fixture’s installation and location requirements.
The 36° beam offers a wider spread than a 15° spotlight while retaining directional light. Match the beam of neighboring lamps when replacing one bulb in a group of accent lights.
