Choose Dauer lighting for your project

For a 12V landscape lighting system, pair each fixture with a compatible low-voltage power supply. Add the connected lamp wattages and follow the transformer manufacturer’s loading guidance. Cable length and wire size also affect voltage at the fixture; check the installation requirements before choosing your layout.

Drop-in fixtures use replaceable lamps, while integrated LED fixtures have a built-in light source. Check each product’s included components and warranty. A brass fixture-only listing does not include a lamp unless the page specifically says it does.

Dauer buying questions

Does every Dauer path-light listing include a stem?

No. Some listings are components. For example, Zen 490020 is a hat-only item, while Zen Complete 490012 includes the hat and an 18-inch stem. Lamps are sold separately for both.

Can I choose a different lamp color or beam spread?

With a compatible drop-in fixture, the selected lamp determines those characteristics. Stay within the fixture’s voltage, base, size and wattage requirements. For integrated LED products, choose the required light output and color temperature when ordering.
