Kichler Varia, integrated LED or replaceable lamps?

Integrated LED fixtures combine the light source and optics in one assembly. Compare model-specific output and beam options in ranges such as Integra, or choose Varia when you want to adjust the lighting effect on the fixture.

The Varia 16311 medium accent light and Varia 16312 large accent light offer a continuously adjustable 15°–60° beam, four light-output settings and selectable 2700K or 3000K white light. Choose a Kichler landscape lighting transformer

A low-voltage system needs a compatible transformer, cable and connectors. Size the transformer using the connected load and the manufacturer's watt or VA ratings, circuit limits and installation guidance. Include cable length and voltage drop in the plan. Compare timer, photocell and smart-control options separately; app control and dimming are model-specific features.

Questions about Kichler outdoor lighting

Are all Kichler landscape lights 12V?

No. This collection includes low-voltage and selected 120V products. Match the exact fixture's supply requirements before ordering; a 120V light does not connect to a 12V transformer output.

Should I choose 2700K or 3000K?

2700K has a warmer appearance, while 3000K is a slightly crisper warm white. Coordinate with nearby lights and compare the effect on your planting and building materials. Color temperature describes the light's appearance; lumens describe output.

Can I dim Kichler landscape lights?

Dimming depends on the fixture or lamp, transformer and controller combination. An adjustable output setting does not establish compatibility with every dimmer. Check the exact product's instructions and approved controls.
