The Total Light TL-PHOTOCELL is an ambient-light sensor for automating a compatible low-voltage landscape-lighting transformer. It turns the connected system on after dark and off when daylight returns, following seasonal changes without a fixed clock schedule.
Confirm that the transformer has the required photocell connection. Position the sensor where it receives representative daylight without direct exposure to the fixtures it controls, porch lights, streetlights or vehicle headlights. The transformer, timer and lighting system components are sold separately.
