Paige Electric 16/2 white lighting wire gives you 100 feet of two-conductor copper cable for a low-voltage lighting layout. The white outer jacket is purely an aesthetic choice. Construction, electrical specifications and installation ratings match the equivalent black Paige cable of the same gauge. SKU: LWIREWHITE16/100.
Use the 100-foot length for a measured lighting run or repair, allowing extra cable for routing and service loops.
Check voltage drop carefully when selecting 16 AWG cable for longer runs or higher fixture loads. The correct gauge depends on the layout, total load and fixture voltage requirements.
Plan each run from the transformer to the fixtures, accounting for branches and the total connected load.
Choose waterproof wire connectors that accept 16 AWG and the actual number of conductors in each splice. Connections exposed to soil or moisture need connectors rated for that use. Browse landscape lighting transformers and compare other gauges in landscape lighting wire.
